Chef Michele began his culinary journey in Salerno, Italy, earning a Diploma of Pizza Making from Ateneo della Pizza in November 2012. He honed his craft in Austria at Ristorante Pizzeria Al Postiglione among many other places using the very finest imported ingredients brought from in and around his homeland before settling in the UK at Bert’s Pizzeria & Caffè.
