JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify prospects: Research and identify potential clients and organizations that may require event services, such as corporate events, conferences, workshops, and catering. Collecting data in CRM properly & update information of accounts & contact list regularly.
- Building relationships: establish and nurture relationships with clients (past and future), understand their event needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their objectives. Build lasting relationships with target schools/companies, associations & partner agencies.
- Sales strategy: develop and execute a strategic sales plan in coordination with the Head of Sales to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This may include conducting market analysis, competitor research, and setting sales targets.
- Proactive outreach: Actively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, networking events (at TFS and outside TFS), sales calls and cold calling, to promote Corporate Packages, MICE, product launch, training programs, events and generate leads. Visit companies to present TFS
programs and invite them to visit TFS.
- Travel to and represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and conferences. Set up promotional stands or booths and use graphic illustrations such as films, charts, slide shows, etc to promote products/services. Distribute promotional materials such as flyers & brochures, among others in a friendly, approachable manner as well as meet up with clients to restock promotional materials and solicit new sales opportunities.
- Consultative selling: By understanding clients’ event requirements, offer tailored event/workshop packages, negotiate pricing and contracts, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Illustrate and provide comprehensive details on promoted products/services. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company, courses, and services.
- Collaboration: work closely with the Test Kitchen Team (F&B Manager) and Education Team (Academic Director), other TFS departments, event planners, coordinators, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of events and to meet client expectations.
- Sales reporting: Keep track of sales activities and maintaining accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts will be important for tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Report / feedback from all promotion initiatives or projects (interest level, questions asked, numbers of leads one could acquire per event/visit). Report sales call plan & activities execution plan every week. Report numbers of leads and its conversion rate of offline source on monthly basis.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in any field with at least 3 years experiences in Sales (Proactive)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Being frontline mediator in respect of Finance Operation, among multiples stakeholders e.g. internal departments, corporate office, and external stakeholders.
- Resolving operation finance matters, providing financial advice to support business activities and to ensure proper financial recording, and control
- Undertakes direct supervision of the activities of the department – such as
- Overview supervision for financial closing, part of which is supported by FASS. Resolve month-end closing issues.
- Profit and loss statement monthly reports, including department expenses reports
- Review Balance sheet with supporting schedules, follow up with internal/external stakeholders to clear long outstanding items
- General Accounting
- Revenues and expenses control
- Cost Control and AP payment control
- Internal control process
- Assist in budget and forecast preparation
- Routinely communicate and active discussion with key budget holders to ensure forward planning in place
- Petty Cash: Review, processing payment and recording for petty cash transactions, conduct audit and control monitoring
- Verifies documents evidencing disbursement as to authenticity & adequacy of required supports for payment/check vouchers, cash advance and petty cash voucher
- Assist and liaison with FASS in
- Account payable matters (AP) by preparing payment entries through the E-MEMO system, verify and resolve the related payment matters
- Resolving with internal and external parties, including but not limited to each vendor’s financial documents required as per statutory and audit requirements
- Support FASS for audit requirements, as well as Long-aged items clearing
- Computing Management fee, Partners fee and Owner’s share
- Tax and related matters:
- To collect all documents concerning tax and insurance and proceed payment, ensure proper supporting documents.
- To follow all tax matters in a proper manner and in compliance with related legislation.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders among each department, corporate office to ensure all financial and spending data are monitored and reconciled
- Cash Flow management and monitoring:-
- Weekly cash flow report and monitoring
- Cash flow forecast preparation and analysis
- Loan draw down preparation, coordination among relevant parties and assist to ensure all loan covenants being strictly followed.
- Performance Management :
- Monthly reporting for P&L performance, supported with analysis against LY, Budget and Forecast
- Monthly Department Expense report – monthly analysis and ensure department expenses are on track, provide flag to Management for any findings or recommendation for spend/financial improvement
- Budget & Forecast, as well as any Review meeting (Shareholders, ExCom, BOD):
- Assist Cluster Head of Finance in planning preparation and analysis. Collaborate with key stakeholders to complete the Budget/Forecast.
- Assist the review and analysis
- Take on “Budget Operation” role for Business Performance System (BPS) submission.
- Coordinate data required, input and validate Budget and Forecast result.
- Credit Control:
- Establish the credit policy for customers (B2B bakery) and renters (incubator kitchen) for The Test Kitchen
- Work with the procurement team to optimize suppliers’ credit terms to support company working capital management
- Checks any discrepancy of the daily/monthly/quarterly F&B operations report, reflecting the profit and loss per restaurant outlet.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls in place
- Assist Cluster Head of Finance in developing the accounting, administrative and legal system to obtain the optimum speed, accuracy and content of management information commensurate with economic costs and other duties.
- Prepare financial Ad-hoc reports as required by authorities, by the superior, or by School Director where necessary provide detailed analysis.
- Assist in directing and managing Finance & Accounting team including staff’s performance and development.
- Any other duties, assigned by the superior.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Operational reporting to Director of Operations, The Food School.
- Functional reporting to Cluster Head of Finance, Dusit Thani College.
- Coordinates with Corporate office and all other cross function teams under areas of responsibilities.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION
- Minimum education of bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting, MIS, economics or relevant discipline.
- Comprehensive Accounting/Controller with Financial Analysis experience, with a minimum of 7 years (at least 2 years in managerial level).
- Strong knowledge in the principles and practices of finance and/or operation accounting
- Proficiency in SAP and financial modelling and reporting would be strong advantage
- Certified Public Accountant credentials is advantage
- Good command of English communication skills both in written and spoken.
- Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support FASS in accounts payable (AP) by preparing payment entries through the E-MEMO system.
- Record petty cash expenses in the SAP system to clear the balance in accordance with accounting procedures.
- Proceed with the approval request through the E-Memo system.
- Record petty cash using the designated T-Code in SAP upon receipt.
- Review and approve the advance payment request documents.
- Review and follow up advance transactions to clear within the month.
- Check all bills for accuracy and completeness.
- Deposit the cash into the bank.
- Coordinate with the sales team or customer to request the necessary documents for account setup, such as the VAT registration form (Por Por 30) or the company certificate.
- Check the proforma invoice, Agreement, pays lip, and statement, then issue the receipt using the set template.
- Send the receipt via email to sales team.
- Check the invoice, Agreement, then issue the invoice using the set template.

- Record accounting data base on the receipts listed in TFEB Deferred Tuition file every 7 days. The required information includes:
- Student name
- Course name
