Bocuse d’Or Thailand 2025 Winner Announced at The Food School Bangkok
Bangkok, 3 November 2025 — The Food School Bangkok proudly hosted the Bocuse d’Or Thailand 2025, where Chef Chutima Srichai, Sous Chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu, was crowned the winner representing Team Thailand.
Other talented finalists included Chef Pannawit Lamart, Chef Nattida Suchada, and Chef Pannasopit Laoadchariyaporn, all of whom demonstrated exceptional skill, creativity, and dedication throughout the competition. Heartfelt thanks to all participants for their hard work and passion.
Chef Chutima impressed the judges with her outstanding culinary artistry, presenting an exquisite chicken and sturgeon dish that highlighted precision, balance, and creativity.
The distinguished tasting jury featured a line-up of acclaimed culinary figures: Chef Alvin Leung, the three-Michelin-starred “Demon Chef” from Bo Innovation, Hong Kong; Chef McDang, Thailand’s leading culinary ambassador; Chef Frédéric Bello, Associé Gérant of Maison Bello; Chef Siwakorn Kuekulpitak, Thai Cuisine Chef Instructor at The Food School Bangkok; and Chef Claude Lo, Executive Chef of KHEO Gastronomique, one of the few French-Thai fine dining restaurants in France.
The competition was held under the supervision of Chef Olivier Castella, President of Bocuse d’Or Thailand, and Chef Claude Lo, Director of Bocuse d’Or Thailand.
This year’s event not only celebrated Chef Chutima’s remarkable achievement but also reinforced Thailand’s growing presence on the world stage of haute cuisine.
