Perfect for curious home cooks of all levels, the class features three delicious fried specialities from across Italy: Sciatt – Crispy buckwheat fritters with molten cheese from Valtellina, Schiuma di Mare – A modern twist on seafood foam fritters, light and airy, Cuculli – Herb-infused Ligurian chickpea fritters, golden and satisfying
