The Teenage Culinary Academy is a two-day, hands-on course designed for individuals aged 14 and above. This programme teaches practical cooking techniques that empower students to confidently prepare meals for themselves in a variety of settings. Each day focuses on a different theme, including kitchen basics, breakfast and brunch essentials, Thai culinary delights, pasta-making. By the end of the course, students will have the skills to prepare simple, satisfying meals and feel at ease cooking in any situation.
