Teenage Culinary Academy

The Teenage Culinary Academy is a 5-day hands-on course designed for individuals aged 14 and above, whether you’re a high school student preparing to study abroad or someone getting ready to start college life and cook for yourself. This program teaches practical cooking techniques that empower students to confidently prepare meals for themselves in a variety of settings. Each day focuses on a different theme, including kitchen basics, breakfast and brunch essentials, Thai culinary delights, pasta-making, and even making delicious healthy macaron. By the end of the course, students will have the skills they need to prepare simple, satisfying meals and feel at ease cooking in any situation.
