Of course! The core pillar of the Essential Level of our Thai Cuisine Certificated Course includes the provenance and regionality of Thai cuisine. We prioritise authentic and contemporary culinary techniques, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Thai culinary heritage. Expect to learn dishes such as Tom Kha Gai from Central Thailand, Khao Soi from Northern Thailand, and many more.
The Thai Cuisine courses are taught in Thai, with translators available for English language support upon request.
