The core pillar of the Essential Level of our Italian Cuisine or Bakery Certificated Course, and Intensive Courses focuses on the provenance and regionality of Italian cuisine, with dishes such as the Vitello tonnato from Piemonte, fresh and stuffed pasta from Emilia-Romagna, and Risotto allo Zafferano from Lombardy. With the Excellence Level, you’ll even learn the traditional Aperitivo culture that completes the Italian cuisine experience. As for Bakery, you will, for instance, create Pannetone from Milan and focaccia dolce from Center-North of Italy.
