The classes are taught through a series of demo sessions, followed by the practical, unique approaches that offer students to work independently and effectively with supportive feedback by the world’s renown instructors of ALMA

This intermediate level offers an extensive knowledge in sustainable kitchen management, utilizing traditional and contemporary cooking approaches within an Italian Cuisine. With a particular focus on Italian culture through a demonstrative teaching, the course provides theoretical and practical knowledge in organizing and personalizing recipes based on professional techniques that are applicable to redesign your own Italian menu blueprints.

You will understand comprehensive, inner workings of an Italian cuisine kitchen operation, experiment with principles of food innovation and immerse in an operational scene of managing an Italian cuisine environment from perfecting the plate, to kitchen operation up to restaurant business management.
