Discover the art of crafting exquisite sweet creations, including Hot Raspberry Chocolate, Black Forest Milk Bread, and Mirabelle Florentine, all complemented by expert decoration. Embark on a journey through the world of breads, exploring options from various countries, such as Bagels and Shokupan. Delight in the flavours of savoury snacks like Quiche, Tuna Buns, and Provençal Buns. Our aim is to offer students a fun-filled learning experience, allowing you to take home not only knowledge but also a "full meal" of culinary delights.

You will learn:
- Gain an overview of the art of crafting bread and baked goods
- Participate in hands-on training and learn to make over 30 items from Eastern and Western countries
- Learn the art of adding both sweet and savoury toppings to your baked goods
- Master essential techniques to perfect your baked goods and recipes
Course outcome:
- Gain knowledge of dough-preparation and bread usage
- Understand the art of adding complementary toppings, both sweet and savoury
- Explore the science behind bread-making techniques
