Fasten your seatbelts and embark on a culinary adventure with our dynamic Teenage Cooking Camp designed specifically for teenagers eager to transform their passion for food into a reality! Dive into hands-on activities where you'll craft delectable dishes across culinary, bakery, and pastry disciplines. Led by professional chefs from all over the world, experience the thrill of teamwork and problem-solving in a lively, collaborative environment—along with thrilling activities like the Mockup Markets and Mystery Boxes—as you learn and grow with fellow aspiring chefs.

    09.15 – 10.00 — Introduction to Food Sanitation and Work Safety

    10.00 – 12.30 — Italian Cuisine Training by ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts

    12.30 – 13.30 — Lunch Break

    13.30 – 16.30 — Japanese Cuisine Training by Tsuji Culinary Institute

    Day 2:
