Teenage Cooking Camp

NEW FOOD, INNOVATION, ADVENTURE : Teenage Cooking Camp 2026
This July, step into New Flavours—a Teenage Cooking Camp centred on innovation, discovery, and culinary adventure. Young chefs will explore bold ideas and creative combinations, transforming familiar ingredients into exciting new dishes.
From Thai-inspired grilled pork balls and shrimp with sweet and sour sauce and cheesy mashed potatoes, to Italian tuna tartare with tomato jam on black ink crackers, each session introduces fresh flavours and techniques. The journey continues with Japanese foil-baked salmon, potato salad, and clay pot rice, before ending with Italian pastry creations including chocolate biscotti, truffles, and chocolate lollipops.
Beyond recipes, the camp builds confidence, creativity, and essential kitchen skills—encouraging young chefs to explore, experiment, and enjoy the process of discovery.
