The highlight of the festival was an exclusive Masterclass, where distinguished chefs from Russia and Thailand shared the inspirations behind their culinary traditions, while collaboratively creating a series of bespoke dishes that elegantly blended the distinctive identities of both cuisines.

These specially curated menus were presented during an exclusive dinner series hosted at three selected Thai restaurants—Wang Hinghoi, Baannok BKK City Edition at Groove Central World, and Brass House—held from 31 March to 3 April 2026.

The official opening ceremony of this inaugural festival was made possible through the support and trust of the Russian–Thai Business Council (RTBC), the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation, the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Thailand, the Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow, and pinskiy & co, with the event graciously hosted at The Food School.

The Food School was honoured to be part of this initiative in promoting Thai culinary culture to the Russian community.
