Notable Success and Alumni
Graduates of the Tsuji Culinary Institute have achieved remarkable international success. Approximately 15 to 20 alumni are currently employed as Sous Chefs in two- and three-Michelin-starred restaurants across France. Closer to Japan, notable graduates include Hiroe Higuchi, who served as the head chef for the working dinner at the G7 Ise-Shima Summit in 2016, and Atsuko Koizumi, the Executive Chef at Bistro Marx in Ginza, Tokyo.

Location: The Food School is located in the heart of Southeast Asia (Bangkok, specifically at Block 28, Pathumwan).
Status: This partnership established Tsuji as the number one Japanese culinary school in Thailand, offering unparalleled education in Japanese gastronomy. The Food School Bangkok is a collective that also partners with ALMA (Italian) and Dusit Thani College (Thai) to offer comprehensive culinary training.
Instruction: Courses are taught by professional chefs directly from the Tsuji Culinary Institute home base in Osaka, Japan, bringing over 60 years of expertise.
