Let’s Picnic: Teenage Cooking Camp 2026 

Welcome 2026 with Let’s Picnic, our first Teenage Cooking Camp of the year—where young chefs learn to create food designed for sharing beyond the kitchen. This hands-on camp focuses on picnic-ready recipes that travel well, are easy to pack, and remain delicious outdoors. 

Young chefs will prepare a Japanese-style picnic bento, explore flavourful mains inspired by Seppia and Arancini with bright citrus notes, and create crowd-pleasing Deep-fried shrimp patties transformed into cheese mini burgers, served with crisp chips. The experience is completed with a dessert session thoughtfully created for outdoor enjoyment. 

Beyond recipes, the camp builds essential kitchen skills while encouraging teamwork, creativity, and confidence—inviting young chefs to think about food as a complete experience, from preparation to presentation. A fresh and inspiring way to begin 2026, with skills and flavours made for memorable picnics. 🧺✨
