The Food School Bangkok Representatives Won Two Awards
from Klong Phai Farm School Culinary Contest 2023
Big congratulations to The Food School Bangkok representatives on their remarkable achievements from “Klong Phai Farm School Culinary Contest 2023”. We are delighted to announce that “Khun Likhid Saenboonkiong” has won the 3rd place (Bronze Trophy) with the supervision from “Chef Piyapanee Chomngarm”, Thai cuisine programme chef instructor. Additionally, “Khun Pannawit Lamart” has been awarded as the Winner of Intercultural Prize with the supervision from “Chef Siwakorn Kuekulpitak”, Thai cuisine programme chef instructor.
Klong Phai Farm School Culinary Contest 2023 was a prestigious cooking competition among six teams from Thailand’s top culinary schools held at The Food School Bangkok on June 10, 2023. The competition was graciously judged by the distinguished Michelin-starred chefs including “Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier” from Maison Dunand and “Chef Herve Frerard” from Brasserie 9.
In this competition, contestants have demonstrated their cooking skills and unleashed creativity through the dishes using ingredients from Klong Phai Farm in topics of “Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier Recipe” and “Egg-based recipe”.
