We were deeply honoured to welcome His Excellency Mr. OTAKA Masato, the Ambassador of Japan to Thailand, to The Food School Bangkok.

During the visit, His Excellency was warmly received by our founders, Ms. Prim Jitcharoongphorn and Mr. Gavin Vongkusolkit. The visit provided an opportunity for His Excellency to observe our Japanese cuisine classes, held in prestigious collaboration with Tsuji Culinary Institute.

The highlight of the day was a special luncheon prepared by our esteemed Japanese Chef Instructors, Takuya Watanuki Sensei and Kazuhiro Yoshida Sensei. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our Sensei for their continued dedication to sharing authentic culinary heritage and for crafting such an exceptional menu for our distinguished guests.

It was truly a privilege to host this visit, further strengthening our commitment to excellence in Japanese culinary education.
