“The Food School Bangkok”—Thailand’s first multi-national culinary school combining intensive courses from 3 world’s leading international culinary centres—altogether with one of such partner schools, “ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts”, has participated the “Italian Cuisine Week” event during 16-20 November 2022 to celebrate and promote Italian’s rich traditions and cultures through the art of Italian food and bakery. 

On 17 November 2022, the School Director Mr. Laurent Casteret, further executives, and the chef instructors from ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts have obtained a great opportunity to extend a warm welcome to “Ambassador Paolo Dionisi”—the Ambassador of Italy to Thailand, the wife of Ambassador, and further entourage, alongside with visiting the school facilities, the Italian Fresh Pasta class, joining the photo session, and enjoying an exceptional Italian course meal altogether around the vicinity of The Test Kitchen, the 1^st floor, at The Food School Bangkok.
