The Food School Bangkok is an innovative learning community offering professional culinary arts programmes. It brings together three internationally-acclaimed partner schools from Italy, Japan, and Thailand in a single location at the heart of Bangkok. Currently, there are Short Courses, Masterclasses, and Certificated Courses available for enrolment, each tailored to meet the goals of all learners.
The Food School Bangkok aims to produce professionals—equipped with wide-range culinary skills and accepted internationally—to the industry through Certificated Courses which are designed for those who aspire to become professional chefs within a year. They provide competency-based education, allowing learners to apply their skills and create innovative food products as desired. These courses cover both theoretical and practical lessons, from ingredient sourcing and food history to crafting dishes for a variety of occasions, as well as professional food business management and operation. All courses are taught by highly-experienced Chef Instructors from the three partner schools.
