The Maverick Academy is hosted by Alvin Leung, also known as The Demon Chef, a famous Hong Kong-Canadian chef known for his unique “X-Treme Chinese Cuisine” style. He holds two Michelin stars at his Hong Kong-based restaurant Bo Innovation and one Michelin star at Bo London.
