PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform as in-house sales & illustrate and provide comprehensive details on promoted products/services.
· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company, courses and services.
· Handel online leads from verification stage, nurturing & creating experiential events and enroll prospective students into the program
· Perform as telemarketing to verify & follow up online leads
· Conduct interviews, arranges for campus tours, conduct information sessions, and represent the school at exhibition/fairs or other recruiting or outreach initiatives.
· Create recruiting events: trial classes or program review on bi weekly basis
· Establish a positive image and convince prospective students to enroll TFS courses and buy our services
· Develop interest and understand customer preferences
· Answering prospective students’ questions, processing transactions, and making a good impression on behalf of the company
· Update leads status in CRM on daily basis
· Give feedback on quality of leads to the head of sales to communicate with digital marketing team
· Generate leads conversion report & enrollment report on a weekly basis
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor Degree in any field with at least 2 years experiences in Sales
· English Proficiency

· Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
· Creative mindset & attention to details
· The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects

· Excellent project management skills and competent use of standard Microsoft Office
· Having experience in using CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred
