For all dessert enthusiasts, we present the “Introduction to Italian Gelato Short Course.” This 12-hour class offers an immersive experience with an Italian Pastry Chef Instructor from the world-renowned ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts. From theory to hands-on practice, you’ll learn to create a variety of Gelato and Sorbet flavours and receive a certificate upon completion.
