Elevated Izakaya
Throughout the 8 learning hours, you will be introduced to the craft of elevated izakaya dishes under the guidance of our Japanese Chef Instructor reached from Tsuji Culinary Institute. Beyond learning how to cook 3-4 premium izakaya dishes, you will also be guided to the overview of Japanese sakes, together with the complimentary pairing between food and sakes.
