The Food School Bangkok has held a “Open House” event—welcoming over 130 food enthusiasts and those aiming to become a professional chef to explore the world of culinary arts through a guidance of professional Chef Instructors from the 3 partnered institutes, including ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts, Tsuji Culinary Institute, and Dusit Thani College, and to visit state-of-the-art school facilities and further accommodations.

The event highlight features a “Trial Class” providing all participants to enjoy cooking a dish as per their favoured cuisine—such as “Gnocchetti di Ricotta” by Italian Cuisine Chef Instructors Francesco De Rosa and Martina Sabioni, “Panna Cotta” by Italian Bakery & Pastry Chef Instructor Enrico Nativi, “Tempura Don” by Japanese Cuisine Chef Instructors Takuya Watanuki and Eiji Mohri, and “Plant-based Set Menu” by Thai Cuisine Chef Instructor Piyapanee Chomngam

Additionally, the participants were provided with further knowledge regarding their selected cuisine through a “Q&A Session” with the chef, and the course details and special promotions of The Food School Bangkok’s Certificated Courses, Masterclasses, and Short Courses from the “Program Counselors”

Furthermore, The Food School Bangkok is opening for Certificated Course enrolment until Jan 2023 and starting all Essential Level classes—including Italian Cuisine, Italian Bakery & Pastry, Japanese Cuisine, and Thai Cuisine—for the first semester on the upcoming 10 January 2023 (Weekday Curriculum) and 14 January 2023 (Weekend Curriculum).
