This Sushi Masterclass is a continued level from our 1-day basic sushi class. Students will be experience this sushi course with a Mastery instructor from Tsuji as well as will be exploring more indept of several styles of hand-formed shusi such as rod shapped sushi, inside-out rolled sushi, sushi pocket & etc.
