Introduction to Italian Gelato
You will be learning the introduction of Italian Gelato by going through step-by-step of gelato making process. In this 2-day class, instructor will walk you through in deails from the composition of ingredients, techniques for the preparation of properly balanced ice cream and sorbet. At the end of the course, students will be able to create their own flavours of sorbet & ice cream.
